Job responsibilities:
1. Bachelor degree in Architecture or other related disciplines;2. architectural design more than five years of work experience, there are certain design organizational coordination and management capabilities;
3. The design of the unit has a large domestic or real estate development company specializing in architectural design experience, understand the market commonly used building materials, design specifications and are familiar with the current real estate development program;
The country holds the professional qualification or registration division senior titles priority;
5. Have a strong technical foundation, familiar with the country, building construction norms in Suzhou, standards.
Job requirements:
Responsible for construction management company specializing in the design engineering development projects, including:1. Responsible for the overall design of a building professional schedule management plan;
2. The overall effect of the lead organization of professional control building;
3. To participate in the control building material selection and professional costs.
