Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for procurement and departments, to avoid the risk arising due to market instability;
2. Develop a marketing plan based on project procurement plan and construction plans, after approval organization and implementation managers and supervisors, as planned completion of various materials procurement tasks and minimize expenses in the budget;
3. investigation, analysis, target markets and sectors to assess demand and consumption goods, familiar supply channels and changing market conditions, to determine the need and timing of purchases;
4. improve the corporate procurement system, to develop and optimize the procurement process, procurement quality and cost control;
5. The annual audit departments reported procurement plan, co-ordinate the planning and determine the purchase content. Reduce unnecessary expenditure of funds to effectively ensure maximum supplies;
6. Supervision involvement ordering large quantities of merchandise business negotiations, execution and implementation of the inspection contract;
7. Monitoring the status of project logistics, material procurement and control irrational consumption;
8. Development of short sectors, the long-term work plan, prepare and submit departmental budgets to help control the audit and accounting costs.
